About Us

Friendly, efficient and effective!

We help clients who know that they can achieve more but don’t necessarily have the time or expertise to make it happen. We do not offer lifestyle coaching or other non outcome-specific mentoring services. Rather, our advice and assistance is delivered with one highly-focused goal in mind—improving the growth and sustainability of our clients.

This is reflected in our accreditation by the Queensland state government as an approved business consultancy to deliver the new JobsAssist program, where government grants for our business development consulting services worth up to $8,000 are now being provided to eligible Queensland businesses.

Our directors

The managing directors and owners, Carl Mocnik and Maria Morton, have almost 40 years of combined industry experience in the areas of business development, marketing, project management, commercial and general management. Read more about our directors...

Our consultants

Plenty Systems consists of a team of experienced executives who have successful backgrounds in growing businesses in roles that include general manager, commercial manager and marketing managers—state and national—for large and iconic national and international companies. Our values

All of our efforts are focused on increasing the growth and sustainability of our clients.

Our ethics

Everything we do in our company shall be consistent with the Australian Marketing Institute's Code of Professional Conduct, and shall be driven by these three things:

► We do everything with absolute integrity: we shall be honest in all of our dealings, we shall communicate clearly, our activities shall be transparent, and we shall honour our client’s privacy.

► We operate from strategic positions and approach all our endeavours with a commercial focus.

► We measure the results of all of our efforts to verify outcomes and to enable us to champion better ways of doing things—for ourselves and for our clients.
