Neil Stephens

Neil Stephens
Business analysis (business sales, acquisitions and finance)

Neil has over twenty years of experience in a variety of organisations including professional services, small and large corporations, private and public companies, across a number of functions, geographies and sectors. He holds an Honours degree in Economics, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the UK Securities and Investment Institute.  Neil's key roles to date have been:

• Director, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance
• Commercial Director, Reuters Plc
• Group Business Development Director, Cardno plc
• Business Development Director, British Telecom (Global Services)
• Business Development and Venturing Director, British Telecom

John Catchpole

John Catchpole
Business analysis, business development and marketing

John Catchpole has a broad background in management, logistics, marketing and sales. He has provided strategic and operational advice to numerous large and SME businesses that achieved significant growth, and he has a particular expertise in organisational and business unit restructuring.  John's key roles to date include:

• General manager (sales and marketing) of Pacific Silica
• Senior executive and business unit manager of Ampol/Caltex
• Manager of Amalgamated Pest Control.

John’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and extensive studies in negotiation, commercial mediation, strategic marketing management and strategic planning.

Sarah Pickup


Sarah Pickup
Business development and marketing (retail and wholesale)

Sarah has a strong background in the development and implementation of marketing and sales plans to maximise sales, brand awareness and return on investment—in particular within the retail sectors. Prior to commencing her consulting career, Sarah was the Marketing Manager of Sydney's massive Broadway Shopping Centre, where one of her key responsibilities was to identify struggling retailers, investigate their business practices and recommend strategies for improvement.

Sarah’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (International Business and Marketing).

Jennifer Howe


Jennifer Howe
Business development and marketing (general business)

Jennifer is a an executive with extensive experience in the consulting market—both locally and internationally. She has a strong background in business development, relationship management and project management, CRM, customer life-time value and customer behaviour. Jennifer's previous roles include Group Manager of Relationship Marketing & Operational CRM for Telstra, and Vice President of Business Consulting, Asia Pacific & Latin America for Eyretel (Asia) Limited, based in Hong Kong.

Jennifer has a Diploma of Education (Economics and Psychology) and a Diploma of Direct Marketing.

Jeneth Spiliopoulos


Jeneth Spiliopoulos
Business development and marketing (medical)

Jeneth is a highly experienced and achievement oriented senior executive with extensive experience in the consulting market.  She has an extensive knowledge of marketing and sales principles, particularly within the medical sectors,  including Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pain Management, Urology, Gastroenterology, Colorectal surgery, Oncology, Radiology, Breast Imaging, Emergency services, Pharmacy and General Practice.

Jeneth's qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration (Professional) and a Diploma of Applied Science (Diagnostic Radiography).

Kelly Langdon
Human resources (HR) and occupational health and safety (OH&S)

Kelly is a senior human resources professional with over thirteen years of relevant experience, with proven capability in generating positive outcomes in accordance with the strategic direction of the business. Kelly enjoys a challenge and strives to deliver effective and financially viable human resource programs to maintain a positive work environment.

Kelly's qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), a Bachelor of Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration (Law and Practice).

Tim Reichel
Human resources (HR) and occupational health and safety (OH&S)

Tim is a human resources (HR) advisor who brings experience in a range of areas including policy and procedure creation, HR plans and process, performance management, recruitment and selection, payroll, process improvement and remuneration benchmarking. Tim comes to Plenty Systems from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Human Capital Advisor. Prior to this, Tim gained experience within the FMCG sector as a Trade Marketing Co-ordinator.

Tim’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland.

Nicola Lambie

Nicola Lambie
Marketing (market research)

Nicola has over a decade of experience with companies ranging from SME through to large national enterprises in Australia and the United Kingdom.  Nicola has worked within a variety of industry sectors including finance, utilities, retail and tourism. Nicola has a strong background in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns—particularly in market research, direct marketing and sales support activities.

Nicola’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Business and Languages, and certificates in Digital Marketing, Faulkner Media Management, Strategic Planning and Media Management.

Sophie Marshall


Sophie Marshall
Marketing and sales coordinator

Sophie has worked within the Australia and New Zealand private sectors as a business development coordinator. Her experience has been with small to medium-sized businesses within the retail, market research, tourism and training industry sectors.

Sophie’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University including two Firsts for Asian and Commonwealth History.
