Plenty Systems is proud to have been accredited as an approved service provider to deliver the Queensland state government’s new JobsAssist program. Government grants of up to $8,000 are available to eligible Queensland businesses for the provision of our business development services. This program allows us to perform a thorough diagnosis and assessment of the key issues impacting the business and to develop an action plan to help the owner create strategies and activities which improve the business model. At no cost to our clients!
JobsAssist applications are typically taking about a fortnight to be approved, after which we provide the services of our business consultants and analysts—and at no cost to our clients. But time is running out. Since there’s no guarantee that the JobsAssist program will continue beyond this financial year, and the grants are essentially being awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis—at least, until the funding runs out—we encourage all eligible businesses to secure themselves this service as early as possible.
Plenty Systems works with companies who know that they can achieve more but don’t necessarily have the time or expertise to make it happen. We do this by developing practical business development and action plans, and by the timely implementation of strategies and solutions. Our consulting services are delivered by a team of experienced executives who have successful track records in growing businesses, and who have held previous roles such as general manager, commercial manager and marketing managers—state and national—for large and iconic national and international companies. The quality of our staff is what enables Plenty Systems to deliver highly effective and measurable business growth, business development and marketing solutions to our clients.
JobsAssist funding
The Queensland state government is providing the funding for the delivery of our services to Queensland businesses who have 10 or more full time equivalent employees and are located within targeted localities or industries. The Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovations (DEEDI)—who administers the $10M of funding available this financial year—aims to prevent job losses in vulnerable businesses, sustain or improve current levels of employment, and to employ a program of early intervention by providing access to professional and high-level business development assistance.
This is a relatively new program which was only recently announced by the Queensland Premier, Anna Bligh.
